Below is going to start my ToS so please make sure to read it!

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN USD
Payment Methods-
When making a purchase, be it adoptable or commission, all transactions will be done through an Invoice with Paypal Or with goods/services.
Always be sure that you click Digital Goods or N/A!

General ToS;
-You MUST be 18+ to make a NSFW purchase! Please have your DOB ready!
-I have the right to refuse any commission if I feel like to is to complicated or out of my comfort zone.
-All sales on Bases are final. This means, NO REFUNDS ON BASES!
-Once coloring has begun, there are strictly NO refunds! The ONLY exception is if I [The Artist] have a legitimate reason I can not continue your piece.
-If the buyer has a legitimate reason on why they can not continue payment, they are entitled to a refund of 50% of what they paid. The other 50% is for my time and effort! Art is a luxury, so be sure that you pay your bills and are safe before ordering!
-Feel free to ask me any questions!

Adoptable ToS
-You buy what you see! I will NOT change the adopt!
-You get 1 watermarked file. A Flat colored and If you paid for it a shaded version.
-Adopts will be sent after FULL payment.
-I will Hold an adopt for 1 week. If you have not paid by then, you will be given a 24hr notice, and the adopt will RE-OPEN if not paid for.
-Custom adopt prices will vary depending on design. All customs are ON BASE!
Dos/Don'ts regarding Adopts
Do-
-Change the design/redesign. I only ask that you keep it recognizable and credit me for the original design.
-Post anywhere! Just credit back to me! Please refer to me has KoiRashii
-Resell, gift, trade. You can not resell for more then what you paid for, UNLESS additional PAID art is included!
-Create Lore, stories, rps, art, etc. [Lore must be fit into a CS if you've purchased a CS adopt!!]
Don't-
-Claim the original design as your own.
-Remove any credits placed on the adopt!
-Claim to have made/drawn the base
-Trade or sell for a higher price than you bought. [UNLESS there is more art!]
-Sell/Trade/Gift to those who are BLACKLISTED!

Auction ToS;;
-Do not bid unless you are serious. False bids will get you blacklisted.
-Removing your bid will bar you from participating in future auctions!
-Payment plans are accepted if the auction hits $50[usd] or above!
-If you require a payment plan, you must place a down payment of at least $20 usd.
-DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU CAN PAY!
-If you can not continue payments, I will only refund half of the payment. So be sure that you can pay! Art is a Luxury!

Commission/YCH ToS;;
-All YCH are on approved bases!
-Do not remove my credits!
-Credit for the bases used will be placed ON IMAGE AND NOT TO BE REMOVED!
-Finished Pieces will be sent once payment has been made in FULL.
-Holds are up to ONE week. I will then notify you, give 24hrs to pay, then RE-OPEN the Slot!
DOs-
-Repost, with proper credits! [Tag, or provide a link!]
-Tell me of ANY changes that need made DURING SKETCH PHASE ONLY! Once Coloring begins I will not change anything about the linework!
-Gift/Buy for others! I love working on surprises!
DON'T-
-Ask me to change ANYTHING once I have started coloring! Considering I wait until approval before I start coloring. [Color corrections do NOT count! Please inform me during coloring phases if anything needs fixed COLOR wise!]
-Remove my Watermark[s]!
-Trace, edit, claim as your own!
-Gift/Buy commissions for people on my Blacklist! [If found you have done so, you will be black listed as well]

Regarding Commercial Use and NFTsUpon purchasing from me, you are recieving rights to that character/Design. Under no circumstances are they allowed for Commercial use.
This does not give rights to create merchandise, utilize the character or art in any form of self made projects (such as video games, arpg's, mascots, or any form of self monetizing manner that would exceed the original purchase agreement). buying an adopts, design, or character from me does not give permission to heavily alter the character unless stated in the sales post, or in the commissions info. if you would like to purchase these rights please contact me via a note or pm and we can discuss this.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will you post any art, during any stage of completion, onto or used by any and all past, present and future blockchain-associated technologies, all past, present or future NFT marketplaces, made into NFT or crytpocurrencies under ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES AT ANY TIME. this includes all past present and future derivatives, versions, evolutions of these prior mentioned technologies, selling platforms, or trading/investing spaces. This includes but is not limited to public or private websites and/or mobile applications. the commercial use of personal, individual use labeled/commissioned artwork in any stage or form without the strict written permission by the artist!Failure to abide by the above can result in, and are not limited to, blacklisting, blocking, and legal repercussions including and not limited to attorneys fees, court cost, financial compensation for lost wages, and financial compensation for loss of revenues, because when in court I'm not making any money.
